Chama Aimable-Kapumpa

 

Chama is a freelance marketing and communications professional, working in the arts, culture and charity sector for the last ten years. He has been engaged by numerous arts organisations across the UK, including The Churchill Theatre in Bromley, Tramshed in south east London, Theatre Royal Stratford East, Musical Theatre Wales, Culture Co-op in Rochdale and the London Borough of Wandsworth as part of their London Borough of Culture celebrations.

Chama is deeply passionate about widening creative participation. He is currently Communications and Marketing Manager for Fun Palaces. He is also a Trustee for Ardent Theatre Company, an organisation whose mission is to end class inequality in the theatre. Chama has previously written theatre reviews for Words of Colour and was a co-host on the final series of the Artistic State of Mind podcast.
