STAGE MANAGEMENT ROLES
We are recruiting a Company Stage Manager and a Technical Stage Manager for our upcoming production of JULIUS CAESAR, touring in Autumn 2025.
The Company Stage Manager will take overall responsibility for the touring Company, managing rehearsals, stage management administration and managing the expense budget. They will lead the Stage Management department. They will also drive the cast on tour and be prepared to also support the TSM with driving the tour van and aspects of their role if required (e.g operating).
The Technical Stage Manager will take overall responsibility for the technical aspects of the production on tour. They will manage the get in/fit up/get out, maintain the set and equipment and operating the show. They will also drive the tour van and support the CSM with running rehearsals and aspects of their role if required.
Contract details
CSM Fee: £670 per week plus relevant subsistence rates as specified by the Equity/UK Theatre Subsidised Agreement for Actors/Stage Managers.
TSM Fee: £630 per week plus relevant subsistence rates as specified by the Equity/UK Theatre Subsidised Agreement for Actors/Stage Managers.
Duration: 8 September - 15 November (tbc). There may also be some advancing and returns days to be agreed with the postholders and remunerated pro rata
Location:
- Rehearsals in London
- Tech and opening at Mayflower Studios in Southampton
- Touring in South West England (two weeks) and run at Omnibus Theatre, London (3 weeks)
